Louise Corcoran Photography LLC Est. 2019 owned by Louise Corcoran.

Agreement and Payment:

All Packages are a fix price plus Tax.

Quotes are created based on the information the Client provides Louise Corcoran Photography LLC.

Images can be purchased individually and are priced at $15.00 per image plus Tax.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your session, this is non refundable and contributes to the total price, the deposit is half of the total package price.

If Louise Corcoran Photography LLC cannot fulfill the agreement of services the client is entitled to a full refund.

Full payment is due after the photography session is complete.

Payment is requested via an online invoice and to be paid within two weeks of the issue date stated on the invoice or 24 hours prior to the session date, whichever is less.

Sales Tax will correspond with the County your session takes place in, i.e. Cuyahoga County Tax 8.00%, Medina County 6.75%.

Professional prints are available in sizes 5x7 inches - $5.00 per print and 8x10 inches - $7.00 per print.

Any commercial venue or establishment setting restrictions and/or rules should be passed onto Louise Corcoran Photography LLC 72 hours prior to the session date stated by the client.

Services:

Louise Corcoran Photography LLC promises to provide professional high resolution digital images.

All images with a watermark will be arranged into a viewable galley for the client. Image adjustments requested by the client can be made at this time.

Please allow a 3 week turn around for images to be available for viewing by the client.

No finalized product will be provided until the balance is paid in full.

Once the final product has been delivered, it is the client's responsibility to protect and retain their images.

The client should be prepared for additional time spent on camera setting adjustments, the exchange of camera equipment such as lenses, flash and reflectors during the session.

Louise Corcoran Photography LLC provides a service, tips are not required they are always appreciated.

Louise Corcoran Photography LLC requests the client to leave a Google or Facebook review once their services are complete.

Travel & Session time:

Any Louise Corcoran Photography LLC Package and session includes travel within 15 miles around Berea, Ohio, any location outside of a 15 mile radius from Berea, OH will have an additional travel charge of $35.00.

A 20 minute buffer is applied to all sessions, any time past this 20 minutes the customer will be charged an hourly rate of $100 per hour, i.e. 35 minutes overtime is $58.45 extra

Any Images owned by Louise Corcoran Photography LLC may be displayed on www.louisecorcoran.com and on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

Louise Corcoran Photography LLC is not liable for any injury caused to any participating person(s) during the photography session.

Cancellation Policy:

The non refundable deposit will serve as a cancellation fee if the session is cancelled within 48 hours from the start of the session time.

The non refundable deposit will be put toward a rescheduled session provided it is scheduled within the following 2 weeks of the previous session date.

Disclosure:

Failure to check the “Agree to the terms and conditions” check box will void the Photography Agreement.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this contract agreement the client agrees to Louise Corcoran Photography LLC's terms and conditions and all information the client has provided in this form is correct and filled out to the best of the client's ability.

The agreement requires the input of basic information and signatures from the client.
